Shipments and returns
Your Order shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS, FED EX or LTL trucking company for heavier items or fragile. Items sent by UPS or Fed Ex of course will have tracking numbers and will be dropped-off without signature unless prearrangements are made to have signature required except in the case of expensive items where signature is always required. If you prefer delivery by UPS, or Fed Ex express services, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include very small handling fees usually $2.00 as well as freight costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary of course according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
An RMA is required for returns. This can be acquired by emailing email@example.com.
For items sent by mistake for which the customer did not order, or ordered a different item, there are no return charges. Item or items must be in their original condition.
For items that are returned when the correct item or items were sent that were ordered by the customer a 20% restocking fee is charged by our distributors and will be passed along to the customer as well as fright charges in both directions.
